Welcome to the F&Mily!

A very warm welcome to the parents and families of our incoming first-years! We are so excited to welcome you to F&M—and especially to the wonderful community of players, coaches and families that makes F&M lacrosse feel like a true F&Mily.

We know move-in comes with a mix of emotions: excitement for everything ahead, pride in watching your son begin this next chapter—and probably a few worries as you drive away. We hope you will quickly discover that your player is joining a close-knit and supportive group, and that you are, too.

While you are getting everyone settled, be sure to explore some of the great food just beyond campus. Iron Hill Brewery has recently reopened across the street, and Federal Donuts & Chicken just opened nearby—two easy new options for hungry families.

But don’t miss a few of our longtime local favorites. Grab coffee at Mean Cup, then take it next door to Savoy Truffle to enjoy with one of their amazing breakfast sandwiches. Before you leave, make a quick stop at Beiler’s Doughnuts—in my opinion, some of the best doughnuts in Lancaster. Just don’t go looking for doughnut holes. They don’t have them, and yes, this feels like a missed opportunity.

We’re thrilled to have you joining us and look forward to meeting everyone, cheering together and helping you discover Lancaster along the way.
